Our Story

At Mount Zion Baptist Church, our hearts are rooted in the love and teachings of Jesus Christ, guided by the wisdom of the Bible. We’re a warm, welcoming community that cherishes the Baptist faith and invites everyone to join us in this journey.

We believe that a personal confession of the Lordship of Jesus is the key to salvation, as it leads to a personal relationship with Him and the Father through His Holy Spirit. We celebrate this moment of transformation through believers’ baptism as full immersion to fully picture the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

With open hearts, we strive to live out Jesus’ teachings in real life by caring for others and spreading the compassion of the Gospel message wherever we go. Come and be a part of our family as we grow, serve, and love together!

The main Bible translation used in our pulpit is the NKJV. (Other versions used will be noted)
